We offer our customers the fastest delivery of furniture on the market - we deliver furniture on average in less than 10 working days (the estimated delivery time for each piece of furniture is different and is indicated in the description). If possible, the following term is shortened.
- All orders within Slovenia are delivered free of charge to a location accessible by van.
- We use our own delivery service and we safely store the furniture until it is delivered to your home.
- All orders, once we receive them from the manufacturer, can be picked up free of charge at our warehouse in Ljubljana.
- For an additional fee of 20 € (Municipality of Ljubljana) or 30 € (the rest of Slovenia), our drivers can bring the furniture to your apartment (when possible).
- Furniture is usually disassembled and in boxes. Assembly instructions are included.
Before delivery, we call the customer to agree on the delivery time.
Cash upon delivery
You can pay for the selected products the same way you do in the store - with cash. This way, you will pay for the products upon delivery and not when ordering the products.
Credit or debit card upon delivery
Our drivers have POS terminals with which you can pay upon delivery. We accept all debit and credit cards. Payment by installments is possible with the following credit cards: NLB Mastercard, NLB Visa, Karanta (2 to 12 months) and Diners (2 to 36 months). The minimum amount for payment by installments is 500 €.
After choosing the bank transfer method you can pay for your order up until the day of the delivery. During the payment, order number (ex. #123456) has to be written in the reference field.

GUARANTEED LOWEST PRICE
We equalize our prices to the lowest price of the same product in any online store in Slovenia and at the same time we also offer free delivery.
If you want to equalize the price, send us a link to another online store in Slovenia, where the product and price are clearly visible.
You can send us a link to another online store via email, Facebook message or in a comment when you place your order.
Price equalization does not apply if:
- - The product features are not the same as the product on our website;
- - The product in the link sent by the customer cannot be ordered;
- - The product is not new, it is damaged or refurbished;
- - - The order has already been delivered to the customer.
- When the price is equalized, additional discounts are not possible.
Warranty and return of products
Would you like to return your furniture? When unpacking the furniture, did you notice damage to the product caused by the manufacturer or during transport? Don't worry - we will solve all problems together! Send us an e-mail at email@example.com or call us at the number: +386 40 675 275. If you have the opportunity, please take photos of the damaged products and send them to us by email. This way, we will find a solution to your problems sooner. :)
The terms and conditions of the Consumer Protection Act apply to the return of products. We cover the return costs.
Free returns within 365 days
At Pohistvo.si, we also guarantee you an extended return period of 365 days. We cover the return costs. After the statutory 14-day return period has passed, we accept the goods under the following conditions:
- - The returned item must be in its original packaging, which may be open (the protective tape on the box can be removed if you checked the furniture);
- - The returned product must not be assembled and disassembled again;
- - The product must not be damaged;
- - In case of return of goods due to poor quality, all the above conditions must be met;
- - The goods must not have been previously used;
- - Refunds are not possible if the product is not working;
- - The returned goods must be in the same condition as you received them;
- - We provide the return of the product from a location accessible by our delivery vehicle;
- - Furniture cannot be returned if it has been used. We recommend that you make a detailed inspection of the received products upon delivery. If you are not satisfied, you can return the individual product or the entire shipment free of charge;
- - The deadline for accepting returned goods is up to 10 working days from the notification of the return, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
24 month quality guarantee
The characteristics of all products on Pohistvo.si are listed in the descriptions. All products include a manufacturer's warranty, the terms and conditions of which can be read below. We recommend that you carefully inspect all products received before assembly.
The conditions for claiming the guarantee are:
- - You must assemble the product in accordance with the attached instructions for assembling and installing the furniture;
- - The product must be used exclusively for its intended purpose and maintained in accordance with the rules of use;
- - The warranty applies to defects in the quality of the product that occurred during the production, sale or transportation of the goods.
The buyer loses the right to warranty in the following cases:
- - If the installation instructions were not followed and if the product is not maintained in accordance with the rules of use;
- - If the goods are damaged due to the customer's fault;
- - If the furniture is damaged due to force majeure.
We recommend that you do not throw away the original packaging until you have assembled the furniture. In the event of a complaint, additional information will be required, which can be found on the product packaging.
If you notice any irregularities when using the furniture, please inform us via the contact listed on the Pohistvo.si page. If defects in the quantity or quality of the products occur during the warranty period, Pohistvo.si undertakes to repair or replace the product at its own expense. In the case of an error caused by the manufacturer, Pohistvo.si promises to eliminate it within 15 to 45 days at the latest from the moment of receiving the notification.
